PerformCare is the main point of access for New Jersey's Children's System of Care. Families can contact PerformCare when a child or young person may need certain behavioral health, intellectual/developmental disability, or substance-use services available through the state system.

How can this help my family?

PerformCare can help families understand services available through the Children's System of Care and begin the process of accessing appropriate supports. Families can also contact PerformCare when they need Mobile Response services for a behavioral or emotional crisis.
