New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD)
Developmental Disabilities · Adult Services · Transition to Adulthood
Provides and funds services and supports for eligible New Jersey adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Who it helps: New Jersey residents with qualifying intellectual or developmental disabilities. Individuals can apply for a DDD eligibility determination beginning at age 18. DDD-funded services generally begin at age 21. Families should confirm current eligibility requirements directly with DDD.
